Emerald City Comic Con! NEXT WEEKEND!

Wow! I am so happy and honored to be a special guest at this year's Emerald City Comic Con. This is the first time that's ever happened so it's all a big thrill for me. In fact, I've been so swept up in all the excitement that I created banners for Josh and I for our booth (F12). The above is my banner. and below is Josh's. Here's all the relevant details:

The BUNKER #1 Sells Out! 2nd Printing on the Way!

It may be old news now but it's official, The BUNKER #1 by Joshua Hale Fialkov and myself has sold out. Oni Press quickly responded with this press release:

Portland, OR (February 13, 2013) – Oni Press is thrilled to announce that the entire first printing of Joshua Hale Fialkov and Joe Infurnari’s critically-acclaimed THE BUNKER #1 has sold out at the distributor level!

“WOW! It’s wonderful that our little-story-that-could continues to find new readers and fans. We’re going to need a bigger BUNKER!,” said Infurnari.

“The overwhelming response to the first issue warms my heart,” continued Fialkov. “Joe and I have built something that we love, and Oni has helped us get it into a lot of new hands.  We’re so grateful for all of our readers’ and retailers’ love and support.

A second printing of the creator-owned sci-fi phenomenon—featuring a new cover by Infurnari (pictured)—is expected on March 12th, so fans and retailers that missed it the first time can hop aboard before issue #2 hits stands on March 26^th.

Nobody noticed that the press release was dated a year ago. Clearly there are time fluctuations occurring surrounding this project beyond whatever is happening in the story. I'll be keeping my eye on this. In the meantime, feast your eyes on the 2nd printing cover (seen above).

The BUNKER goes to Print! UPDATED!

It's old news by now, but here it is! The Bunker with Joshua Hale Fialkov and I will cease being a digital-only comic and will make the transition into print as a double-sized comic published by Oni Press! Issue #1 will hit stores February 5th, 2014 (Diamond Order Code: DEC13 1233) and will collect all five of the previous digital comics into a newly edited and colored edition. NB: Sample art above is NOT FINAL.

The BUNKER lands on NYCC!

The BUNKER rules NYCC! Josh and I will be part of the ComiXology panel at New York Comic Con on Thursday, October 10th in room 1A08 at 3:15-4:15pm. We will be talking with John D. Roberts and David Steinberger about our success using their relatively new Submit feature. After the discussion, we'll be available at the ComiXology booth for a meet and greet where Josh will be signing promotional postcards and I will be sketching. If you haven't yet read The BUNKER, this postcard (see above) will be your ticket to reading the first chapter absolutely free. So plan accordingly and we'll see you there.

Time F*cker 2 Preview

In less than a week's time, SPX 2013 will be in full bloom and with it 'comes' the release of another installment in the Time F*cker saga. Here's the synopsis:

Sal Ghesboro, also known as Time F*cker, finally got it right! When he time fucked his brother, Dick, out of his life, he never would have imagined things turning out so well! He is happily married to the love of his life, the absolutely lovely Sally Lever! The bliss is fleeting, however, as Willy hops on the time machine to settle a score of his own with Sal!
