The High Priestess is the highest level of spiritual attainment within earthly female hierarchies. Siouxsie Sioux is a British vocalist and musician. She was part of the earliest roots of Punk in the UK. You can spot her on stage during the infamous Sex Pistols television appearance on Manchester tv’s “So It Goes” with Tony Wilson. When she’s sexually harassed by the show’s host, she took care of him and made nothing of it. True strength is disarming the hurt rather than thinking about or feeling it. Siouxsie and the Banshee’s are uniquely their own both stylistically and musically. She had her own look that didn’t borrow from anyone else while the music was so open to diverse influences it was alive and unique. Let go of what you think you should be and just be it. Just embrace yourself as you are—good and bad…and you’ll be free of suffering.
